To Make an Appointment, please call 314-525-4225, press option #2 to be connected to the receptionist to schedule an appointment.

You should receive a reminder call for your appointment from our automated system, one day prior to your appointment; however, should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours in advance.

Referrals

When your insurance company requires you to have a referral to see either another physician or for a procedure to be scheduled, please call 314-525-4225 and press option #3 to be connected to our referral coordinator. Please allow 72 hours for completion of your referral, and recognize that no referral, unless emergent, will be completed on the same day, unless the coordinator’s work schedule allows her to do so. Please also realize that it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain the proper referral authorization from our office prior to seeing a specialist. We will do our best to accommodate all of our patients to ensure that all insurance requirements have been satisfied. In many instances, your referral can be handled over the phone, and a fax sent to the appropriate provider.

Bowe and Associates’ new office is located in the Physicians Office Center on the St. Anthony Medical Center Campus, next to the parking garage, off Schuessler Road. If calling our office, press option #6 for office hours, location, and fax number.

Garage Parking: It is suggested that if you park in the Physicians Office Center garage, it is easy access to park on Level P4. To the left of the elevator you will see the entrance to our building. Walk in the entrance from Level P4, and immediately after the Fitness Center, you will see the elevator. Please take the elevator to “1.” Make a left on the first floor, go to the end of the hall, and make a right turn and then a left. Our suite is immediately on the right.

Please note that our medical exchange number is to be used after normal business hours and on weekends, if you feel that your call can not wait until the next business day. Please make certain that you always have your pharmacy’s telephone number available in case you will require a prescription.
